The cranes manufactured by Texas Truck Racks are conservatively rated at 500 pounds and is coupled with a 2500 pound rated winch.

Rear door applications for Ford and Chev/GMC Cargo Vans, Knapheide KUVs, Sprinters, and Ram Promasters.

Side door application available for the Dodge Promaster.

Description

Van Mounted Cranes: KUV, Sprinter, Promaster, Cargo Vans

This is one of a series of electric winch powered cranes with applications for Chevrolet/GMC and Ford Cargo Vans, and many of the very popular van bodies, including the Knapeheide KUV, the Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter, and the new Ram Promaster.  We recently added a side door application for the Ram Promaster.  The hoist is conservatively rated at 500 pounds and is coupled with a 2500 pound rated winch.  Reduced operator fatigue means more calls per day.

Not included is the wiring needed between the the winch leads and the battery or power point. The proper wire size is a critical safety issue for the proper installation of this winch.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.
